This study explores teachers' perceived self-efficacy in addressing problem behaviors among high school learners in Nairobi County, Kenya. Problem behaviors in the classroom can disrupt the learning environment and hinder students' academic progress. Teachers' self-efficacy, their belief in their ability to influence student behavior, plays a crucial role in managing and modifying problem behaviors effectively. A mixed-method approach combining surveys and interviews will be employed to gather data from high school teachers in Nairobi County. The research aims to gain insights into teachers' perceptions of their self-efficacy in handling various problem behaviors and their experiences in implementing behavior modification strategies. The findings may provide valuable implications for teacher training and support programs to enhance their confidence in addressing problem behaviors and creating a conducive learning environment.
Modern healthcare, in particular urology and gynecology, considers the problem of urinary incontinence and urinary disorders to be urgent. Overactive bladder syndrome occurs regardless ofliving conditions, the nature of work and at any age, but patients over 50-55 years old, in particular women, are more susceptible to it. The steady increase in patients with urination problems in recent years proves the urgency of this problem and prompts us to research this problem. There is a large amount of information on the problem of urinary disorders in women [3,5]. According to various authors, the incidence of this problem among women is 15-20% and about 6% among adult girls (15- 20 years old). The world's leading gynecologists are discussing the amount of necessary diagnostic manipulations in patients with urinary incontinence; there are no unified algorithms for examination and treatment of the prevalence of OAB, as a result of which we studied this problem in the contingent of our city [1,6,7].
The article is devoted to the management of problem loans of commercial banks. The factors influencing the occurrence of problem debts are systematized. The theoretical foundations of distressed assets management are considered. Measures are given to reduce the share of problem loans of Uzbek commercial banks on the basis of European experience.

В процессе обучения проектной деятельности учитель вводит учащихся в проблему, формулирует ее, создаст проблемные ситуации, помогает найти методы решения учебных проблем, с помощью наводящих вопросов вовлекает учащихся в диалог, раскрывает причинно-следственные связи технологических процессов и явлений, оказывает помощь в формулировании выводов и т.д. Таким образом проектное обучение можно считать проблемным.
This study presents the design and development of an innovative Air Conditioner Control System based on Fuzzy Logic. The use of Fuzzy Logic allows for intelligent and adaptive control, optimizing the performance of air conditioning units. By incorporating Fuzzy Logic algorithms, this system efficiently adjusts cooling and heating operations based on real-time environmental conditions and user preferences. The research highlights the application of Fuzzy Logic in enhancing energy efficiency, comfort, and adaptability in air conditioning systems, ultimately contributing to sustainable and intelligent HVAC solutions.
The focus of the article is on how non-philological students can benefit from problem-based learning components in their hands-on Russian language and speech culture classes. By posing difficult questions and having students solve problem-cognitive tasks, the author explains two types of student cognitive activity and two approaches to structuring a problem situation that stimulates student cognitive activity. The example of studying the most difficult syntax and punctuation topics is used to evaluate the content. The article is intended for Russian language instructors and can be used to enhance the efficacy of instruction in the field of "Russian language and culture of speech," to advance efforts to improve the literacy rate and speech culture of.

The article deals with the issues of improving the efficiency of banks with overdue debts. The most effective methods of reducing the risk of problem loans, eliminating their occurrence factors and improving the loan portfolio are identified. The analysis of existing problem loans in the loan portfolio was also carried out and gave practical suggestions for their elimination.

The article notes that the identification of criteria of health-saving potential of the school lesson, as well as extracurricular and extracurricular activities and the construction of the educational process on the basis of the principles of ensuring and protecting health is a priority in the development of education in the junior school level. The purpose of this article is to focus attention on the problem of saving the health of students and educating them in the field of healthy lifestyle in modern schools and to solve this problem through the active application of health-saving technologies in the classroom. Pedagogical design of health-saving education of junior schoolchildren and application of health-saving technologies in the pedagogical process can help teachers to keep students' high efficiency, delay fatigue and exclude overwork at lessons.
